Clostridium tetanae ( C. tetanae ) ----> it is a bacillus , rod - shaped & gram positive bacteria ..... it is an anaerobe & can't tolerate the presence of oxygen .... it cause tetanus in organisms .... It synthesis ATP by sodium motive force as well as fermentation .... Hence , it's mode of respiration is anaerobic ....
