In terms of freedom definition an individual could be considered free if he/she is not subject to external control and is able to make the independent decision.freedom is also about expanding the ability of people to freely express themselves and develop their potential.if people has not right to freedom so people can't develop. two types of freedom comes in freedom region, first individual freedom and second social freedom. individual freedom and social freedom is compulsory for development of freedom. without both substance human can't feel and understand his/her freedom. no individual living in society can hope to enjoy total absence of any kind of constraints.
