their definition of development is also different.

⊙ one which is development for a person may not be development for other and it may
be even destructive for them.

⊙ e.g. making dams can be development for urban people and rich persons but it may
not be the development for tribal people living in that area and is destructive for
them.

Differant persons have different meaning for development it is nt compulsry that what should be development of one would be development of another eg if industrialists want to make dam as it increase their income and increase energy but it would be harmful for local people as it effect on there livelyhood and they have to migrate frm there place
