AILET Eligibility Criteria 2023: The National Law University (NLU), Delhi sets the eligibility criteria for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2023. Before applying for the AILET 2023 exam, candidates should familiarize themselves with the eligibility requirements. If candidates fail to meet the AILET eligibility criteria 2023, their application will be rejected. Admission to the five-year BA LLB programme and one-year LLM programme and PhD programmes are offered through the AILET 2023. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their senior secondary education (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination with a passing grade of 45 percent (40 percent for SC/ST/PwDs).
Candidates who will be appearing for the qualifying examination for the 12th standard in 2023 are also eligible to apply for AILET. However, they will be eligible for the admission to BA LLB programme only after clearing the 12th standard with minimum qualifying marks.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing for the entrance exam.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have completed LLB or an equivalent law degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of SC/ST/persons with disabilities).
Applicants appearing for their final year/semester of LLB are also eligible to apply for AILET 2023. However, they will be eligible for the admission to LLM programme only after completing their graduation with minimum qualifying marks.
Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for AILET 2023 for LLM.

NLU, Delhi has started the application form for AILET 2023 on its official website - nludelhi.ac.in on September 7, 2022. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be able to apply by registering and completing the application form. Filling out the AILET 2023 application form entails entering personal information, and educational qualifications, submitting documents, and paying the application fee.
AILET 2023 is open to all age groups.
To be eligible for the AILET 2023 exam, you must have completed your 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized university and received a minimum of 45% in the qualifying exam.
NLU Delhi offers BA LLB, LLM and PhD programmes through AILET 2023.
