• Local/ Non Local Status: Aspirants of AP LAWCET 2023 exam should also satisfy the local status requirements. As per the AP LAWCET 2023 eligibility criteria, students from Telangana applying for AP LAWCET 2023 must check their eligibility for local status from the official website. Any applicant who has migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh within a period of five years from June 2, 2014 will be considered as a local candidate of AP for admission purposes.
• Educational qualification: To apply for the 3-year LLB programme, candidates must be a graduate in any stream in the 10+2+3 scheme while candidates applying for the 5-year course must have passed the 10+2 standard examination.
