Article 19 grants 2 kinds of Right: 
• 1. It gives Crucial rights to citizens which are only available 
to citizens --- 19(1)
• 2. It also provides the Grounds of Reasonable Restrictions 
which can be applied by the State to Curtail the Freedoms 
provided under 19(1) of the Indian Constitution.---19(2-6)

paid special attention to this Background
that our Country had been under the 
shackles of Foreign Rule for more than 200 
years! And during this Period our citizens 
were deprived of Fundamental Rights.

Citizens should have the Right to Bear Arms, etc, 
etc.
