Look, after the exams take a day or two for enjoying the hangover of the exams. Then right after this 2 days, it's about time you start surfing the net for some useful opinions on a successful career. And yeah, a career will have it's own up's and down's so you can't exactly choose a stream based on gaining success. So yes as I was telling, you start making short notes on whatever you come across on the net... this should take you about 3-4 days. On the 5th day.. think over what you written. One major factor you should not be looking at is the SALARY section. This what we all look for, but do reject this. It is not about money, it is about satisfaction on your job. Now start cutting down the jobs you think you don't really need or you can't perform well in it. Then when it comes down to 4-5 jobs, get a deeper insight on it. Then make a decision, a strong decision. Then based on that job, choose your stream. This all seems weird, but it is worth it, friend! I did the above things and now I have decided on my future. HARD WORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!
