According to me all the options must be correct because increase in agriculture production have provided us a lot of buffer stock and very few are dying due to hunger while when we were unable to grow a lot in small piece of land then many people die due to hunger and some because of bad quality of food....

Talking about option C improve in medical technology is also very obvious reason to increase in population because we'd invented a lot and development even those technologies which were even not imaginable before 19th century...
