What are the components of initial filtrate?
The dirty blood enters in the glomerulus through renal artery which consist of many blood vessels.It filter the blood and then the blood comes to a cup shaped structure called Bowman's capsule.This filtrate contains glucose ,amino acids,urea and some salts and water.These filterte enters in the tubule which is surrounded by blood capillaries.The useful substances are reabsorbed in the blood exect urea.As urea remains in the tubule ,this goes to urinary bladder and then excret out through urethra.The useful reabsorbed substance is then send to body through renal vein.
