# Quantum theory was proposed by PLANK nd was
later verified by Einstein.
THE THEORY :-----
1. Energy from electromagnetic radiations is not in continuos way.
it is actually flown in descrete or discontinuos
form.i.e,the energy from the electromagnetic radiation
source is flown in small packets.These packets are called (QUANTA).
2.IN case of visual rays; these energy packets(quanta) are called photons.
3. Energy of quanta is directly proportional to the Frequency of electromagnetic radiation.
E = hf
where h = planks constant (6.626×10^34)js {joule-second}
E =energy
f= frequency.
Thats all....
