At boiling point water and vapour are at equilibrium.As per Le-Chatelier principle ,An increase in presure will favour towards less Volume side { V(vapour) > V(water)} .So more water can exists at equilibrium
i.e;B.P of water increses with increses in presure.
Simple logic Boiling of vegetables in oil take less time than in water since B.P is more for than oil than water
cooking is reduced means B.P is elevated.
So answer should be B
