There is a mistake in question it would be 3x+y=5 not 3x+y=1

if we solve by this equation then

Given equation=> (2k-1)x + (k-1)y = 2k+1

on comparing with standard equation,
a = 2k-1, -(1)
b = k-1, -(2)
c = 2k+5, -(3)

Now if equation is equal to 3x+y=5
i.e. a=3, b=1, c=1

on comparing value of a, b and c value of k becomes 2. Hence option (d) is correct. only if equation is 3x+y=5 not when 3x+y=1 because in this equation (3x+y=1) solution isn't possible.
