Verified Answer
What is the monthly income of Mr. X?I. Mr. X spends 85% of his income ...
Let the income of Mr.X = y
From I and II
15% of y = 4500 => y = 30000
From II and III
4/5th of expenditure = 20400 => Expenditure = Rs. 25500, Savings = Rs.4500
Income = 25500 + 4500 = 30000
From I and III
4/5 of 85% of x = 20400
x = 30000
Thus any two of the three statements, are sufficient to answer the question. Ans option – None of the Above
