Reed the passage below and solve the questions based on it.On 13th of ...
Given information:
- Money increases with respect to the closing amount on the evening of the previous day, every alternate day starting from the 13th, in the ratio of 2:1.
- Money decreases by Rs 10 when compared to the closing amount on the evening of the previous day, every alternate day starting from the 14th.
- The person had Rs 500 on the 19th of November.
- The magical purse kept multiplying money till the 25th of November.

To find: How much money was there on the 22nd of November?

Solution:
Let's start by calculating the amount of money in the purse on each day till the 25th of November.

On 13th November: Let's assume the person kept Rs X in the magical purse.
On 14th November: Money decreases by Rs 10. So, the amount of money in the purse = X - 10.
On 15th November: Money increases in the ratio of 2:1. So, the amount of money in the purse = (X - 10) * 2 = 2X - 20.
On 16th November: Money decreases by Rs 10. So, the amount of money in the purse = (2X - 20) - 10 = 2X - 30.
On 17th November: Money increases in the ratio of 2:1. So, the amount of money in the purse = (2X - 30) * 2 = 4X - 60.
On 18th November: Money decreases by Rs 10. So, the amount of money in the purse = (4X - 60) - 10 = 4X - 70.
On 19th November: Money increases in the ratio of 2:1. So, the amount of money in the purse = (4X - 70) * 2 = 8X - 140 = Rs 500. (Given)
Solving this equation, we get X = Rs 85.

So, the amount of money in the purse on each day from 20th November to 25th November is as follows:
- On 20th November: Rs 170
- On 21st November: Rs 340
- On 22nd November: Money decreases by Rs 10. So, the amount of money in the purse = Rs 340 - 10 = Rs 330.
- On 23rd November: Rs 660
- On 24th November: Rs 1320
- On 25th November: Rs 2640

Therefore, the answer is D) None of these as we cannot determine the amount of money on the 22nd of November using the given information.
