As per the civil services we have to take an action against this. in short if I tell, so if we releaf them for not payment the rent amount. what would will be happen, they take loan from different sections and not pay to them and tell them reason that they are not able to pay because of poor. so the c option is the correct option to for non payment tenement. another option is b as well because this is also the way to found out the laboures. and others too is not correct. at a once we can do but for whole life not this is basically unfair to them who pay amount to poor people's.
