One year back, Riawas sixtimes as old as her daughter. Six years hence...
Will be three times as old as her daughter.

Let's assume the current age of Riawas as R and her daughter as D.

According to the given information, one year back, Riawas six times as old as her daughter:

R - 1 = 6(D - 1)

And six years hence, Ria will be three times as old as her daughter:

R + 6 = 3(D + 6)

Simplifying the equations:

R - 1 = 6D - 6
R - 6D = -5 ----(1)

R + 6 = 3D + 18
R - 3D = 12 ----(2)

Now, we have a system of equations (1) and (2) that we can solve.

Subtracting equation (2) from equation (1):

(R - 6D) - (R - 3D) = -5 - 12
-6D + 3D = -17
-3D = -17
D = 17/3

Substituting the value of D in equation (2):

R - 3(17/3) = 12
R - 17 = 12
R = 12 + 17
R = 29

Therefore, currently, Riawas is 29 years old and her daughter is 17/3 (approximately 5.67) years old.
