Given, distance covered by first train = 180 km and time taken = 4 hours.
Therefore, speed of first train = 180/4 = 45 km/h.

Let the second train take t hours to cover the same distance of 180 km.
Then, speed of second train = 180/t km/h.

It is given that the second train covers the same distance in 1 hour less than the first train.
Therefore, t = 4 - 1 = 3 hours.

Hence, speed of second train = 180/3 = 60 km/h.

The difference in speeds of the two trains = speed of second train - speed of first train
= 60 - 45 = 15 km/h.

Therefore, the difference in the distances covered by these trains in one hour if they are moving in the same direction is 15 km/h.

Hence, the correct answer is option E (None of these).
