Rain water conducts electricity but distilled water does not. Why?

Distilled water does not conduct electricity because it contains only negligible concentration of Ions dissolved in it while  rain water conduct electricity due to the presence of acid like carbonic acid nitric acid etc

Because rainwater contains nonmetallic oxide such as N20,SO2 which are acidic in nature and we know that acids conduct electricity in its aquaeos solution but distilled water don't contain any ion which can conduct electricity

Distilled water ;

Distilled water is water that has virtually all of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and re-condensing the steam into a clean container, leaving most if not all solid contaminants behind. The conduction of electricity takes place through charges i. e. ions, as no ions are present in the distilled water it does not conduct electricity.

Rain Water ;
the rain water contains dissolved gases lik carbon di-oxide, sulphur dioxide etc, which generate acids like carbonic acid or sulphuric acid in presence of water. These acids get ionised and facilitate conduction of current . Hence, rain water conduct electricity
