Rn = 4 ohm

Thus , they r connected in parallel so

1 / R eq = 1 / R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3+1/R4

= 1/1 +1/1+1/1+1/1 -> 4 /1

Hence,

1/R eq= 4/1

R eq =1/4 = 0.25 ohm
