Verified Answer
A florist stocks six different types of flowers - Tulip, Sunflower, Da...
Let the number of flowers at the beginning of the day = 1000
Number of flowers left at the end of the day = 2% of 1000 = 20
Number of Tulips sold = 0.2(1000) - 0(20) = 200
Number of Sunflowers sold = 0.4(1000) - 0.5(20) = 390
Number of Camellias sold = 0.2(1000) - 0.5(20) = 190
Number of Daffodils sold = 0.1(1000) - 0(20) = 100
Thus, statements II and III are true.
Hence, option 2.
