According to the sign convention,
u = -15 cm
f = -10 cm (-ve for a concave mirror)
O (height of object) = 7 cm
Mirror equation, 1/v + 1/u = 1/f
=> 1/v + 1/(-15) = 1/(-10)
=> 1/v = 1/15 - 1/10
=> 1/v = -1/30
=> v = -30 cm (-ve sign shows it is formed on the same side as of the object)
m = -v/u = -(-30)/(-15) = -2
m = I/O = -2
=> I (height of image) = -14 cm (-ve sign shows it is formed below principle axis) 

Therefore a real image is formed at 30 cm from the mirror whose height is 14 cm and is formed below the principle axis.
