The correct statement(s) regarding, (i) HClO, (ii) HClO2, (iii) HClO3 ...
Statement (i): HClO
HClO is hypochlorous acid. It contains one chlorine atom, one hydrogen atom, and one oxygen atom. The chlorine atom is bonded to the oxygen through a single bond and the oxygen atom has two lone pairs of electrons. Therefore, the correct statement about HClO is that it has one Cl = O bond and two lone pairs of electrons on chlorine.

Statement (ii): HClO2
HClO2 is chlorous acid. It contains one chlorine atom, one hydrogen atom, and two oxygen atoms. The chlorine atom is bonded to one of the oxygen atoms through a single bond and to the other oxygen atom through a double bond. The oxygen atoms have a total of three lone pairs of electrons. Therefore, the correct statement about HClO2 is that it has one Cl = O bond and three lone pairs of electrons on chlorine.

Statement (iii): HClO3
HClO3 is chloric acid. It contains one chlorine atom, one hydrogen atom, and three oxygen atoms. The chlorine atom is bonded to each of the oxygen atoms through a single bond. The oxygen atoms have a total of four lone pairs of electrons. Therefore, the correct statement about HClO3 is that it has three Cl = O bonds and four lone pairs of electrons on chlorine.

Statement (iv): HClO4
HClO4 is perchloric acid. It contains one chlorine atom, one hydrogen atom, and four oxygen atoms. The chlorine atom is bonded to each of the oxygen atoms through a single bond. The oxygen atoms have a total of five lone pairs of electrons. Therefore, the correct statement about HClO4 is that it has four Cl = O bonds and five lone pairs of electrons on chlorine.

Correct Statements:
Based on the above analysis, the correct statements are:

a) The number of Cl = O bonds in (ii) and (iii) together is two.
In HClO2, there is one Cl = O bond.
In HClO3, there are three Cl = O bonds.
Therefore, the total number of Cl = O bonds in (ii) and (iii) together is two.

b) The number of lone pairs of electrons on Cl in (ii) and (iii) together is three.
In HClO2, there are three lone pairs of electrons on the chlorine atom.
In HClO3, there are four lone pairs of electrons on the chlorine atom.
Therefore, the total number of lone pairs of electrons on Cl in (ii) and (iii) together is three.

c) The hybridization of Cl in (iv) is sp3
In HClO4, there are four Cl = O bonds and five lone pairs of electrons on the chlorine atom. This indicates that the chlorine atom is sp3 hybridized.

Therefore, the correct statements are (b) and (c).
