The concept of genetics was not included in Charles Darwin's work. While Darwin proposed the theory of natural selection and the idea of descent with modification, he did not have knowledge of the mechanisms of inheritance and how traits are passed down from one generation to the next. It was not until the rediscovery of Gregor Mendel's work on genetics in the early 20th century that the connection between Darwin's theory and the mechanisms of inheritance was fully understood.

Similarly, there should be a quota for women in the decision-making bodies of the party. There should be state funding of elections.
