Citizenship
The provision of citizenship is mentioned in the Constitution of India. It outlines the criteria for acquiring and losing citizenship in the country. The concept of citizenship determines the political and legal status of individuals within a nation.

Electoral Process in India
The electoral process in India is also enshrined in the Constitution. It establishes the framework for conducting elections at various levels, including the Lok Sabha (lower house of Parliament), state legislatures, and local bodies. The Constitution lays down the principles of universal adult suffrage, reservation of seats for certain communities, and the role of the Election Commission in conducting free and fair elections.

Fundamental Duties
The Constitution of India incorporates a list of fundamental duties that every citizen must follow. These duties include respecting the national flag and anthem, promoting harmony, protecting the environment, and upholding the ideals of the Constitution. Although not enforceable by law, these duties serve as a moral and ethical guide for citizens.

Fundamental Rights
The Constitution guarantees fundamental rights to all citizens of India. These rights include the right to equality, freedom of speech and expression, protection against discrimination, and the right to constitutional remedies. They ensure that individuals have certain basic freedoms and protections against the arbitrary actions of the state.

Formation of States and Union Territories
The Constitution contains provisions regarding the formation of states and union territories in India. It outlines the process for the creation, alteration, and abolition of states and union territories. This provision allows for the reorganization of states to accommodate linguistic, cultural, or administrative considerations.

Date of Existence
Out of the above provisions, Citizenship and the Electoral Process in India came into existence on November 26, 1949. These provisions were included in the original text of the Constitution adopted on that date. Fundamental Duties were added to the Constitution through the 42nd Amendment Act in 1976. Fundamental Rights were also part of the original Constitution but have been amended and expanded over time. The provision regarding the formation of states and union territories was included in the original Constitution, but subsequent amendments have led to the creation of new states and alterations in the boundaries of existing ones. Therefore, only provisions 1 and 2, i.e., Citizenship and Electoral Process in India, came into existence on November 26, 1949.
