Given Information:
- Eight bikes A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H are parked around a circular ground facing the center.
- There is an equal distance between each bike.
- H is parked to the immediate left of C.
- Only one bike is parked between E and C.
- A is parked 3 places to the right of E.
- Only 3 bikes are parked between A and F.
- D is parked second to the left of F.
- G is not parked immediately next to A.

Analysis:
To solve this question, we need to analyze the given information and determine the group of bikes that have something in common. Let's analyze each option:

a) HA:
- According to the given information, H is parked to the immediate left of C. Therefore, HAC is a valid arrangement.
- A is parked 3 places to the right of E. So, E can be placed between H and A. The arrangement could be HEAC.
- This arrangement satisfies the given conditions, so option a) HA belongs to the group.

b) FH:
- According to the given information, D is parked second to the left of F. So, the arrangement could be FDC.
- Only 3 bikes are parked between A and F. This means that there are two possible arrangements for A and F: ACFD or AFCD.
- In both arrangements, F is not parked immediately next to H or G.
- Therefore, option b) FH belongs to the group.

c) BD:
- According to the given information, D is parked second to the left of F. So, the arrangement could be FDC.
- Only 3 bikes are parked between A and F. This means that there are two possible arrangements for A and F: ACFD or AFCD.
- In both arrangements, B is not parked immediately next to H or G.
- Therefore, option c) BD belongs to the group.

d) GE:
- According to the given information, G is not parked immediately next to A.
- Since G cannot be next to A, it is impossible to form an arrangement that satisfies all the given conditions with G and E together.
- Therefore, option d) GE does not belong to the group.

Conclusion:
Based on the analysis, the bike arrangement GE does not belong to the group of bikes that satisfy all the given conditions. Therefore, the correct answer is option c) BD.
