Solution:

Given conditions:

- There are six boys and six girls standing in rows facing each other.
- P is to the immediate right of the girl who is facing E.
- E is the boy at the extreme right.
- Only B is sitting between D and E.
- F is to the immediate left of A and to the immediate right of C.
- R is facing A and is to the immediate left of Q.
- U is third to the left of S.

We need to find the option that does not belong to the group.

Grouping the pairs:

Pair 1: A-U
- A is to the immediate left of F.
- F is to the immediate left of E.
- E is at the extreme right.
- Therefore, U is at the extreme left.
- Hence, A-U are facing each other.

Pair 2: B-T
- There is no information given about T.
- Hence, we cannot determine whether B-T are facing each other or not.

Pair 3: C-Q
- R is facing A and is to the immediate left of Q.
- Therefore, C-Q are facing each other.

Pair 4: D-U
- Only B is sitting between D and E.
- Therefore, D is not facing U.
- Hence, D-U are not facing each other.

Therefore, option D (D-U) does not belong to the group as D-U are not facing each other, while the other options belong to the group as the pairs are facing each other.
