Amendment process of Indian constitution?
Most Upvoted Answer
Amendment process of Indian constitution?
Firstly, the bill was passed to lower house(lok sabha) and then upper house(rajya sabha). After finishing from both the houses of parliament the bill was send to the president for signature( a bill can be set back by president for rechecking but cannot be reject). Thus now bill changed to amendment.
Thank you.
