Degrees to his right and walks 10m. Finally, he turns 90 degrees to his right again and walks 6m. What is the distance between his starting point and ending point?

Using Pythagoras theorem,

The distance covered in the South direction and in the opposite direction = 20m

The distance covered in the East direction = 22m - 6m = 16m

The distance covered in the North direction = 10m

So, the total distance covered = √(20² + 16² + 10²)

= √(400 + 256 + 100)

= √756

= 27.5m (approx)

Therefore, the distance between his starting point and ending point is approximately 27.5m.
