There are also some drawbacks in indian democracy which are listed below. it fails to provide rights to each and every individual of our country . huge amount of money is invested by the govt. to conduct election, instead of this I thought the same money should be used in bringing development reforms.such as schools and hospitals can be opened in different parts of our country . there must be the provisions of regular check on the functioning of the govt. according to their budget plans. criminals should not be allowed to participate in the election , by doing so criminial activities can be reduced in our country to agreater extent. leaders or representative should have limited power so that misuse of power can be minimised. aspecial body should be formed which may looks over the functioning of elected bodies.
