Because if any incidence ray is drawn then then there must be a normal ray and reflected ray ,.............and normal ray is always drawn from centre of curveture...............so when incidence will be from centre of curveture then nornal will be also drawn in same way....then reflected ray will be also in same way,,,,,,,.......,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.........,,,,,,,,,............,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.........in own language..............ek incidence, normal, aur reflected ray ka angle hamesa same hota hai aur normal hamea centre of curveture se draw kiya jata hai..........jiski vajah se jab koi ray centre of curveture se pass hogi to normal ray bhi same direction me ho jayegi jiski vajah se reflected ray bhi same direction me ho jayegi.............................friends I know that no one like to read long answers but read it once its helpful

It is because angle of incidence and angle of reflection is equal. here angle of incidence is 0 degree. so reflection will be through the same path of incident ray.Pls follow me..
