Yes I think agriculture sector is an unorganised sector.......................................................In agriculture activities, people are exploited like landless labourers.(i) Their income level is low.(ii) There is no job security.(iii) Agriculture is seasonal in nature and there is no fixed pay.(iv) No other benefits such as pension, medical facility, paid leave, Provident Fund, safe environment etc. are available.thanks snehil

Most farmers own small, fragmented land holdings, making it difficult to organize them into a single unit. This leads to a lack of coordination between farmers, which results in a disorganized sector.


2. Lack of Financial Support:
Agriculture is a capital-intensive sector, but farmers often lack access to financial support. This leads to a lack of investment, which further exacerbates the disorganized nature of the sector.


3. Dependence on Monsoons:
Indian agriculture is highly dependent on the monsoon season, making it difficult to plan and organize farming activities. Lack of irrigation facilities further adds to the problem, making agriculture an unorganized sector.


4. Informal Marketing Channels:
Most farmers sell their produce through informal channels, such as local markets, rather than organized markets. This leads to price volatility and a lack of transparency in transactions, which further adds to the disorganization of the sector.


5. Lack of Data:
