The CA Foundation Exam is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and consists of four subjects:

1. Principles and Practices of Accounting:
- This subject carries a weightage of 100 marks and is divided into two sections.

3. Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning & Statistics:
- This subject is divided into two parts, each carrying a weightage of 40 marks.
- Part I is Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning, while Part II is Statistics.
- The exam pattern for Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning includes questions on mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude.
- The exam pattern for Statistics includes questions on statistical concepts, data interpretation, and analysis.

4. Business Economics and Business and Commercial Knowledge:
- This subject is divided into two parts, each carrying a weightage of 50 marks.
- Part I is Business Economics and Part II is Business and Commercial Knowledge.
- The exam pattern for Business Economics includes questions related to microeconomics and macroeconomics.
- The exam pattern for Business and Commercial Knowledge includes questions on business environment, commercial knowledge, and current affairs.
