Black holes are objects that have such intense gravitational fields they do not allow light to escape from them. They also make it impossible for anything that falls into them to escape because to do so. They would have to travel at speeds faster than light. No form of matter or energy can travel faster than the speed of light, so that is why black holes are so unusual. A black hole's "surface," called its event horizon, defines the boundary where the velocity needed to escape exceeds the speed of light, which is the speed limit of the cosmos. Matter and radiation fall in, but they can't get out. Singularity is the place where matter goes when it falls through the event horizon. It's located at the center of the black hole, and it has an enormous density. You will be crushed into quarks long before you get there. A black hole is not empty; It's actually a lot of matter condensed into a single point. This point is known as a singularity. So, Statement 1 is not correct.
Schwarzschild radius, also called the gravitational radius, is the radius below which the gravitational attraction between the particles of a body must cause it to undergo irreversible gravitational collapse. This phenomenon is thought to be the final fate of the more massive stars. So, Statement 2 is correct.
The Charged Particle Monitor (CPM) was the first payload to go operational, followed by the Cadmium Zinc Telluride Imager (CZTI), the hard X-ray detector on board Astrosat, India's first Multi-wavelength Space Observatory, was successfully launched by ISRO's workhorse launch vehicle PSLV into a 650km orbit on September 28, 2015. One of the projected objectives of CZTI is wide-angle monitoring of the sky in hard X-ray bands to record strange and rare events like Gamma-ray Bursts (GRB). Hence, CZTI is not a telescope located at Hanle in Ladakh. The Major Atmospheric Cherenkov Experiment Telescope (MACE) in Hanle, Ladakh, is 4,300 meters above sea level. Placing the telescope at higher altitudes gives them a significant advantage in observing the Cherenkov radiation produced when cosmic gamma rays strike the Earth's upper atmosphere. So, Statement 3 is not correct.

Consider the following statements about Blackholes :1. The boundary ar...
Statement 1: The boundary around a black hole beyond which nothing can escape is called the Singularity.
The given statement is incorrect. The boundary around a black hole beyond which nothing can escape is called the event horizon, not the singularity. The singularity is a theoretical point of infinite density at the center of a black hole.

Statement 2: Any matter or radiation that crosses the Schwarzschild radius will undergo irreversible gravitational collapse.
The given statement is correct. The Schwarzschild radius is the radius of the event horizon of a non-rotating black hole. Once matter or radiation crosses this radius, it will be trapped within the black hole and undergo irreversible gravitational collapse.

Statement 3: Cadmium Zinc Telluride Imager (CZTI), built by India in Hanle, Ladakh, has observed Gamma Ray Burst caused by the birth of Blackholes.
The given statement is incorrect. The Cadmium Zinc Telluride Imager (CZTI) is an instrument built by India for studying celestial sources of X-rays and gamma rays. While it is capable of detecting gamma-ray bursts, it has not specifically observed gamma-ray bursts caused by the birth of black holes. Gamma-ray bursts can be caused by a variety of astrophysical phenomena, including supernovae and mergers of compact objects like neutron stars.

In conclusion, only statement 2 is correct. The boundary beyond which nothing can escape a black hole is called the event horizon, and any matter or radiation that crosses the Schwarzschild radius will undergo irreversible gravitational collapse. The Cadmium Zinc Telluride Imager (CZTI) has not specifically observed gamma-ray bursts caused by the birth of black holes.
