Calculating the Time taken to cross a platform

Given Data:
- Length of the train = 150 m
- Length of the bridge = 500 m
- Length of the platform = 370 m
- Time taken to cross the bridge = 30 seconds

Calculating the Speed of the Train
- Total distance covered by the train to cross the bridge = Length of train + Length of bridge = 150 m + 500 m = 650 m
- Speed of the train = Distance / Time = 650 m / 30 s = 21.67 m/s

Calculating the Time taken to cross the platform
- Total distance covered by the train to cross the platform = Length of train + Length of platform = 150 m + 370 m = 520 m
- Time taken to cross the platform = Distance / Speed = 520 m / 21.67 m/s ≈ 23.99 s
Therefore, it will take approximately 24 seconds for the 150 m long train to cross a 370 m long platform.
