Ratio of speed of boat in still water to the speed of current is 10:1....
Given information:
- Ratio of speed of boat to speed of current is 10:1
- Ratio of time taken downstream to time taken upstream is 3:2

Let's assume:
- Speed of boat in still water = 10x (where x is a constant)
- Speed of current = x

Calculating speeds:
- Speed downstream = (10x + x) = 11x
- Speed upstream = (10x - x) = 9x

Calculating time:
- Let the time taken to cover D km downstream be T1
- Let the time taken to cover (D-45) km upstream be T2

Given ratio of time:
- T1/T2 = 3/2

Calculating time taken:
- D/11x = T1
- (D-45)/9x = T2

Using the ratio of time:
- D/11x / (D-45)/9x = 3/2
- Simplifying, we get D = 495
Therefore, the value of D is 495 km.
