Given Data:
- A and B's profit sharing ratio: 3:2

Calculation:

Step 1: Calculate the new profit sharing ratio after A and B surrender a portion of their shares
- A surrenders 1/3 of his share in favor of C:
- A's new share = (2/3) * 3 = 2
- B surrenders 1/4 of his share in favor of D:
- B's new share = (3/4) * 2 = 1.5

Step 2: Calculate the total profit ratio after admitting C and D
- Total profit ratio = A's new share + B's new share + C's share + D's share
- Total profit ratio = 2 + 1.5 + 1 + 1 = 5.5

Step 3: Calculate the new profit sharing ratio for A, B, C, and D
- A's new profit share = (2/5.5) * Total profit = 2/5.5
- B's new profit share = (1.5/5.5) * Total profit = 1.5/5.5
- C's profit share = (1/5.5) * Total profit = 1/5.5
- D's profit share = (1/5.5) * Total profit = 1/5.5

Final Profit Sharing Ratio:
- A:B:C:D = 2/5.5 : 1.5/5.5 : 1/5.5 : 1/5.5
- Simplifying the ratios, we get the final profit sharing ratio for A, B, C, and D.
