Answer is D. we can solve this problem by looking into answers. let's assume least number of eraser is 11 as it cannot be less than 11 then number of pencil should be more than 11 and not divisible by 4 that is 13 so remaining pen from 38 item would be (11+13=24) 38-24=14. as there is no other option we need not to check other possibilities.
