if a party like congres just take money from citizens for development but at the place of development of country they just develop themselves.
whereas.,.,.,.
if a party like BJP took money by the source of taxes, uses for the development of a country by construction roads, buying new technologies from abroad, buying new weapons for defense from abroad; then why a country doesn't grows up or develops itself.
