is it mirror or lens.in question u wrote lens and in the bracket it is given as mirror.if it is in the case of mirror the concave mirror will burn the paper because the object is at infinity and image will be formed at focus and will make a dimnished image and the whole sunlight will concentrate on single point to increase the heat and therefore the paper burns
