Magnetic field is created around the path of moving charged particle . 
In case of moving alpha particle , magnetic field is created around on its path of motion due to alpha particle is positive charged .Let magnetic field created due to motion of alpha particle is B , 

While neutrons are neutrals , means there are no charge on neutrons. so, in case of neutrons , magnetic field couldn't be possible . Hence , magnetic field due to motion of neutrons is 0 

Here is clear , there is no similar magnetic field produced around thin beam of moving alpha particles and neutrons .

In case of movement of a charged particle, magnetic field is created around the path on which the charged particle moves. Since alpha particles are positively charged so a magnetic field would be created around its path. But, as neutrons carry no charge so no magnetic field would be created around its path.
