SEXUAL REPRODUCTION creates variations in species and this creates immunity (immunity is the balanced state of multicellular organisms having adequate biological defenses to fight infection, disease,etc).
ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION does not do this and just clones that is the exact copy of itself.The Asexually reproducing organisms just split their DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid​) in two STICK INSECTS are a very good example of this asexually reproducing organisms.If a stick insect has a disease , then there is a large risk that the total population would die.In sexual reproduction, the disease may or may not pass to the next generation.IN SEXUAL REPRODUCTION

>the offspring will have both the characters of the parents.
> variations in organims helping to survive in the climate change,temperature change etc

In sexual reproduction some variations are occur which help species to survive in changing enviornment. If all are same in a species and the temperature rises (due to globalisation) then if there are variations in them it is possivle that some of them would survive but if all are same and are not able to survive in more heat then species would be extinct.
