The perimeter of a circle is 2πr where r is the radius of the circle.
And it's area is πr^2

If area = perimeter

Then,

2πr = πr^2

2 = πr^2 / πr = r

Therefore, if r is 2units then the area and perimeter of the circle would be numerically equal.
