Given:
A can do a piece of work in 60 days working 14 hours.
B has the same efficiency as A.
A and B started working together.
A works 5,6,7 and 8 hours respectively on the first four days and repeats the cycle again.
They completed the work in 80 days.

To find:
How many hours B has to work daily if they together completed the work in 80 days.

Solution:
Let the total work be W.
Efficiency of A = Efficiency of B
Let the daily work of B be x.
Efficiency = Work / Time

Efficiency of A = W / (60 * 14) = W / 840
Efficiency of B = W / (x * 80)

As A and B work together, their combined efficiency will be:
W / 840 + W / (x * 80) = W / 80

Simplifying the above equation, we get:
x = 4

Therefore, B has to work 4 hours daily to complete the work in 80 days.
