#INHERITED CHARACTER:- the characters which are given by parents to their offspring are called inherited character. Eg. skin color, face shape, etc.
#ACQUIRED CHARACTERS:- the characters which are followed by organisms to live on earth means which are not passed from parents to their offspring are called acquired characters. Eg. swimming, accidental faults, etc.

1) Acquired character:-
-The characteristics developed during the Lifetime of an individual , that cannot be passed on to its progeny are termed as acquired traits.
-The lifetime experience of an individual cannot be passed and cannot direct evolution.
For example, if we breed a group of mice and remove the tails of these mice by surgery, the progeny would not be tailess .This is because the removal of the tail the genes of the germ cells of the mice.
2) Inherited trait:-
are those characteristics which are received by offspring s from their parents.(i.e from one generation to another like colour of hair n eyes. shape of nose, earlobes, etc.
