When a somatic cell undergoes in s phase then it's DNA content gets double as there is replication of DNA occur in S phase but no. of chromosome remains same it is becz there is no seperation of centromere, all these are comprision to normal somatic cell. BUT in the ques. It is compared to gamet so, no of chromosome would be doubled and amount of DNA would be 4times.
