F is father of G
F has only one son and only one daughter
G is daughter of A
H is son of B

To find: How is H related to D?

Approach:
We can find the relation between H and D by tracing the relationship between B and D.

Explanation:

- A is sister of B, so B and A are siblings.
- B is married to C, so B and C are spouses.
- C is son of D, so C is the son of D.
- A is mother of E, so A is the mother of E and E is the niece of B.
- F is father of G, so F is the father of G and G is the niece of B.
- F has only one son and only one daughter. So, H is the son of B and the only son of B.
- G is the daughter of A, so A is the mother of G and G is the cousin of H.
- H is the son of B, so B is the parent of H.
- B is married to C, so C is the spouse of B.
