Angular Displacement of a Body Moving on a Circle

Definition of Angular Displacement:
Angular displacement is the angle that an object moves through over a certain time period. It is the change in the angle of an object from its initial position to its final position.

Explanation:
When a body moves along the circumference of a circle and completes one revolution, the angular displacement is 2π radians. This is because the body starts and ends at the same point, and has moved through a full circle.

In this case, the body completes two revolutions, which means it moves through an angle of 4π radians. The angular displacement is not zero because the body has moved from its initial position to a new position after completing two revolutions.

Thus, the correct option is d) 4π.

Conclusion:
Angular displacement is an important concept in physics, especially when dealing with circular motion. It helps us understand the distance and direction that an object has travelled along a circular path. In this case, the body completes two revolutions and moves through an angle of 4π radians, resulting in a non-zero angular displacement.
