The magnetic field at the center of the coils can be calculated using the formula:

B = μ0 * (N1 * I1 + N2 * I2) / (2 * R)

Where:
B = magnetic field
μ0 = permeability of free space (4π x 10^-7 T m/A)
N1 = number of turns in the first coil
I1 = current in the first coil
N2 = number of turns in the second coil
I2 = current in the second coil
R = radius of the coils

Plugging in the given values:
N1 = N2 = 10 turns
I1 = 0.2 A
I2 = -0.3 A (opposite direction)
R1 = 20 cm = 0.2 m
R2 = 40 cm = 0.4 m

B = (4π x 10^-7 T m/A) * (10 * 0.2 A + 10 * (-0.3 A)) / (2 * 0.2 m)
B = (4π x 10^-7 T m/A) * (2 A - 3 A) / (0.4 m)
B = (4π x 10^-7 T m/A) * (-1 A) / (0.4 m)
B = -4π x 10^-7 T

Therefore, the magnetic field at the center of the coils is -4π x 10^-7 Tesla or approximately -12.57 x 10^-7 Tesla.
