    Fluorine is more electronegative. So hydrogen first couple with Fluorine and forms a doublet. (F, I=1/2, n+1 splitting)
    then it will couple with Deuterium and each lines of a doublet will split into a triplet. so total we get 6 lines. (D, I=1 , 2nI+1= 2n+1 rule, n=1 so it will split into 3)
    So ans is 6 lines
