For these type of questions we have to individually check all the options.

We will simply put the product of given oxidation states and respective no. of atoms and then add them if the answer comes out to be 0 then that would be the right answer.

optionA: 3(+2) + 2x[+5 + 4(-2)]
= +6 + 2[ -3]
= +6 - 6
=0
thus option A will be the answer;

Just to explain i will do option B too;
3(+2) + 2[ 4(+5) + (-2)]
=+6 + 2[+20 - 2]
=+6 +2[18]
=38 
so this will not be the answer and the same goes for other options as well.
